SHIPPING POLICY
We’re a small team, but we do our best to send your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-10 business days of purchase unless the item is on pre-order it will then be dispatched on the date specified on the product page.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to let you know we have received your order, and you will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. We ship worldwide Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders to arrive and 14 working days if you are an international customer, as shipping times can vary depending on the courier.
We work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as we can, but please note: Our 48 & 24-hour courier service starts once the goods leave our warehouse and don’t include the time it takes us to process your order.

- Thank you for bearing with us during these postage delays!
- Some orders are arriving within 2 days after dispatch but some are taking much longer.
- If your order does not arrive after 20 working days (25 working days for international) we will happily refund or replace your order and submit a claim with Royal Mail for the missing items.
- But if the order is delayed due to Strikes, please be patient and understand that this is completely out of our control.
- There have been some cases where tracking information has not been working, we are doing our best to resolve this with Royal Mail but again, this is something we cannot control.
- With the amount of orders we are shipping out we cannot refund or replace your order based on the conditions of the strikes.
- We pride ourselves on our customer service and are doing our best during this challenging and busy period.
- We are a small business and this time of year is really important to the survival of our business. Small businesses cannot afford to be refunding/replacing orders on the basis of strikes that are out of our control.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
As our products are embroidered and printed on-demand, some of our products are available to purchase on a pre-order basis. The estimated release date is provided on the product page before you make your purchase. All goods must be paid for in full to secure your pre-order.
If you place an order that contains pre-order items, we will dispatch the entire order on the release date given.
While we aim to dispatch all pre-orders on or before the date given, delivery dates for pre-orders are subject to change and can sometimes vary from the estimated arrival date, but we'll keep you informed if this is the case.
You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it has been dispatched for an exchange or refund, but please contact us at least 24 hours before the release date to ensure that your request can be processed.
