The name, logo and corporate identity system were developed for Matter Media, LLC., a small print and web design firm. There was a dual concept behind the name Matter. The first concept related to creating relevant, dynamic designs that 'matter' for clients. Secondly, the name Matter spoke to taking ideas and executing them into tangible communicationsspeaking to Matter in terms
of an element that exists.

National Park Service Guide
Booklet for the National Park Service in Boston, MA. The booklet is a
homage to the famous landscape architect Fredrick Law Olmsted who designed
Boston's Emerald Necklace. To convey Olmsted's belief that a park should be
somewhere an individual can escape the city to reflect and relax, the book
is designed as a field journal. Filled with hand-drawn sketches and
materials, the booklet is a personal yet informative piece. |
